Mixed Marriages

What kind of 'dispensation' from the parish is needed in order for me to get married to my dear.

1. Catholic and protestant christian= Dispensation from the impediment of mixed religion
2. Catholic with non catholic/christian (e.g. Buddhist, Hindus etc.) = Dispensation from the impediment of disparity of CULT !
